Edita Hadravska

Edita is a design optimist, deeply passionate about combining beauty + function in pursuit of a “better way”. She is a seasoned product design leader with a wealth of experience across regions, sectors and consumer groups. Having lived and worked in Switzerland, the Czech Republic, Vietnam, and Canada in both large, highly matrixed organizations and agile, growth-oriented companies, she brings a culturally nuanced perspective to every design conversation. Her design expertise spans multiple product categories including bags, packs, accessories, technical performance apparel, fashion, and eyewear.

Edita spent over a decade at Arc’teryx Equipment in roles such as Design Director for Women’s Apparel and Equipment, Apparel Design Manager, and Senior Apparel Designer. Currently, she is the Head of Product Design at KITS Eyecare in Vancouver, British Columbia. Her earlier career includes pivotal roles as Head Product Designer at Crumpler Europe in Zurich and Senior Product Designer in Ho Chi Minh City. These roles provided her with hands-on design experience and valuable insights from working closely with local sample rooms and manufacturing teams.

When not in studio or office, she is most likely spending time with her family in Whistler or Deep Cove skiing, trail running, or paddle boarding.
