Breanna Mulhall is an Architect (AIBC) whose interests are grounded in humankind. She seeks to understand the ways in which design can positively influence the physical, mental, and social well-being of individuals and communities. While her academic education centered around architecture, her passion for interior environments evolved in practice. Over the last decade, Breanna has focused on designing public projects with a purpose – intimate healthcare environments, hospital redevelopment and design, social housing, animal shelters, schools, and Indigenous community centres. She excels at space planning and tenant improvements and finds her greatest joy in mentorship. In addition to her experience as a Teaching Assistant (University of Manitoba) and a Research Assistant (University of British Columbia), Breanna has served as an External Graduate Thesis Advisor, a mentor for AIBC Intern Architects, and is a recurring a guest critic at UBC, BCIT, and KPU. Breanna is thrilled to be joining the Wilson School of Design as an Interior Design Studio Instructor.
