Becki is a designer, producer, and community builder with over 18 years of experience in spatial design, brand development, and event production. She is the Festival Director of Design Vancouver Festival and long-time organizer of PechaKucha Night Vancouver, curating more than 600 presentations that celebrate creativity and storytelling.

As the founder of Open Format Arts & Culture, Becki is dedicated to connecting people through design, culture, and shared experiences. Committed to fostering inclusive creative spaces, she champions collaboration and mentors emerging and underrepresented voices, inspiring the next generation of designers to connect creativity with community impact.
