Gabrielle Durning

Gabrielle Durning is a Communications and Events Coordinator for the Wilson School of Design, a role she has held for over a decade. During her time with the School, she has been involved in nearly every facet of branding and communications, while coordinating a wide range of events including information sessions, graduation shows, fashion shows, galas, and sponsor and donor recognition events.

What fuels Gabrielle most in her work is storytelling. She believes the Wilson School of Design is an endless source of inspiration, where every corner reveals a new story—whether it’s a student overcoming challenges of confidence, ability, or circumstance, and going on to graduate and make a meaningful impact in the world. These stories, along with the connections she builds with students, are the heart of what makes her role so rewarding.

Outside of work, Gabrielle is an avid traveler with a love for photography. She enjoys capturing quiet, reflective moments during her journeys and immersing herself in the stories found around the globe.
