Gwen is a practicing pattern maker, product developer and production manager for multiple local brands. She currently has a garment development and manufacturing business that has been in operation since late 2017 but has worked in the industry since 2010. With a Business Management degree from UC Santa Cruz, she is very knowledgeable of work flows and processes and their role in production management.

Gwen is an experienced digital pattern maker. She assists clients in each step of the garment creation process including ideation, sampling, fitting, grading and production planning. She has a vast knowledge of grading techniques and understands the complexities of sizing garments to best meet a brands target market. Gwen employs her own in-house sewing production team and has worked with the majority of the local factories in Vancouver so she understands the proper production planning and the processes needed to produce quality garments.

Gwen is passionate about sustainability and the role fashion plays in the current environmental situation. She has focused much of her practices on mindful production that limits waste and the overall effect of fashion on the planet.

Shelayne Mulholland is a Vancouver-based professional with over a decade of experience in the fashion industry, specializing in technical apparel, product development, and innovative design.
