Hailey Xian

Hailey Xian is the Dean’s Assistant at the Wilson School of Design, where she manages the Dean’s schedule, helps facilitate day-to-day office operations., and provides comprehensive administrative support. She also assists in coordinating Program Advisory Committee meetings, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration among participants.

With over six years of experience in the education sector, Hailey is deeply committed to fostering a supportive and empathetic environment for both students and colleagues. She is passionate about helping others and takes pride in contributing to a positive and inclusive campus experience. Known for her collaborative spirit, she values teamwork and believes in the power of collective success.

Hailey holds an MBA from the University of Victoria, Canada, where she developed a strong foundation in strategic management and organizational leadership.

Outside of work, Hailey enjoys traveling to broaden her horizons and gain new perspectives. She also has a keen interest in floral design—an artistic outlet that nurtures her creativity and provides a relaxing balance to her professional life.
