With the Fashion Marketing diploma, students learn in a program that ignites their creativity as well as gain valuable business skills. Students learn practical skills in business, fashion, communication, and marketing, while making industry connections that launch their careers. Courses such as digital marketing, eCommerce and social media provide graduates with well-rounded knowledge and practical skills. Graduates of the program may also apply to ladder up into one of KPU’s degree programs, such as the Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA).

Alexandra Mercier is an award-winning Fashion Marketing graduate passionate about sustainability and ethical change within the fashion industry. With a strong interest in the socio-economic forces influencing fashion, she aims to contribute to a more responsible future. Alexandra hopes to return to her alma mater as an instructor, mentoring the next generation of fashion students.
Alexandra’s showcased work explores the intersection of research, strategy, and storytelling in fashion marketing. Through projects in trend forecasting, consumer analysis, visual merchandising, and brand development, she demonstrates a strong ability to translate insights into compelling narratives. Her work reflects both analytical thinking and effective communication, with a focus on understanding consumers and presenting ideas in a clear, engaging, and visually impactful way.

Carmela Ong
I am a Fashion Marketing 2026 graduate building my career as a fashion stylist and textiles enthusiast. My passion for fashion began in childhood and continues to shape my creative direction. Through my studies, I’ve explored business management, visual merchandising, and the industry’s driving forces. As an international student, I offer flexibility and a cultural viewpoint. My goal is to become a stylist and promote environmentally responsible practices in the industry.
During my last semester, I secured a practicum at REVIVAL Colour Analysis Studio. I was able to put what I was actively learning into practice. During my practicum, I experienced a variety of encounters. Staying on as a style associate, writing, going to events, and assisting with the rebranding process, both online and in the physical store.
Charlotte Haasdyk
Charlotte Haasdyk is a fashion marketing student at the Wilson School of Design, where she has had the opportunity to collaborate with her peers, KPU faculty and alumni, and industry professionals to create events, projects, and campaigns for a range of businesses and organizations. Charlotte is strongly committed to her growing passion for sustainability and ethical responsibility within the fashion industry.
Charlotte is passionate about ethical and social responsibility within the fashion industry and the intersection of design, culture, and sustainability. At KPU, she has explored fashion forecasting, trend analysis, and brand strategy, learning to balance creativity, marketing, and global impact. She aspires to develop thoughtful, innovative, and purposeful conversation that supports artistic expression while driving socially and environmentally responsible change in the industry.

Hi, I’m Ciara, a Fashion Marketing student at KPU’s Wilson School of Design and the founder of SetsByCiara. I’ve always been passionate about fashion and beauty, and I love bringing ideas to life through content, branding, and creative direction. Through my experience in social media and working with clients, I enjoy creating authentic, engaging experiences that help brands feel more personal and connect with their audience.
My work reflects my passion for fashion, beauty, and creating meaningful brand experiences. Clothilde had the amazing opportunity to work for Herschel Supply Company for her marketing practicum. Where she had hands-on learning primarily in influencer marketing. She helped with scouting and reaching out to influencers for upcoming campaigns. She also had a chance to learn about email and digital marketing from other members in the marketing department.

I’m Gia Arsene, a 20-year-old creative into fashion styling and creative direction. I’ve always been into fashion my whole life, and I love being part of creative projects. I’m drawn to anything visual, whether it’s styling, modelling, photography, videography, editing, or graphic design. I enjoy creating things that feel expressive, intentional, and true to me.
I’m currently studying fashion marketing, with a focus on marketing and PR. I’m really interested in the creative side of the industry, especially how concepts come to life visually. I’ve been doing a lot of styling already, and my goal is to keep building on that while moving more into creative direction. Long term, I’d love to work as a creative director and be involved in shaping the overall vision behind projects.

Jade Stannell
My name is Jade Stannell, and I am a 2026 graduating Fashion Marketing student at the Wilson School of Design at KPU with hands-on experience in buying, merchandising, and brand strategy. My passion is fashion, and I love working for brands that allow expression and individuality.
Through my Assistant Buyer internship at Mine & Yours, I support buying decisions through trend research, product evaluation, and inventory organization, building knowledge of the luxury resale market. My internships as Assistant Social Media Manager and Assistant Merchandising Manager at Plenty, combined with my studies in fashion writing, brand and marketing analysis, buying, and creative editorial photoshoots, strengthen my fashion marketing expertise. Through all of this, I have discovered my dream is so be an Luxury Fashion Buyer.

I’m Jessica Sangalang, a graduating Fashion Marketing student at the Wilson School of Design. My academic and extracurricular endeavours reflect a profound desire to bridge my passions for fashion and storytelling with social impact and community engagement. Over the past two years, I’ve deepened these interests through hands-on experience in brand development, event marketing, fashion writing, and nonprofit work.
As the creator of BACKSTCH Clothing, my small-batch fashion brand has evolved alongside me throughout the program, allowing me to develop its core values, creative direction and visual identity, copywriting, and experiential marketing strategies. Beyond the classroom, my practicum with FABCYCLE has been instrumental in shaping my career goals: to drive meaningful and sustainable change within the fashion industry.

With previous experience in Fashion retail, she brings forth an extensive understanding in operations and the importance of consumer insight. Her work explores the intersection of consumer behaviour, visual merchandising, and digital culture, with an emphasis on curating immersive brand experiences.
During her time in the program, Louise explored various facets of the fashion business, developing a particular interest in visual merchandising and trend forecasting. Through projects such as the Seasonal Trend Forecast, she refined her ability to translate global macrotrends into nuanced insights, with a focus on the womenswear category. Louise aspires to continue her education in business administration, leveraging her breadth of knowledge in fashion.

Mackenzie Kinch
My name is Mackenzie, and I’m a Fashion Marketing student with a strong interest in how brands connect with their audience. I’ve developed skills in trend forecasting, consumer insights, and brand strategy, and I enjoy combining creativity with research. I have a passion for event planning and love the idea of creating experiences that bring people together. I hope to build a career that blends fashion, marketing, and events.
I’m interested in how fashion brands connect with people through experiences – from brand activations to the way trends come to life in real environments. I enjoy exploring how culture, identity, and personal style intersect, and how that can be translated into something people can actually be part of.
