After growing up being taught to blend in and conform to what's acceptable, Cynthia has done everything in her power to do exactly the opposite. She strives to be different and weird, and not to apologize for being true to herself. Cynthia is not afraid to speak her mind, and she values integrity, equality, and respect. Currently, Cynthia is focusing on empowering other women by creating a safe and supportive space for them in the fashion industry; she strives to stand up for the people and values she believes in. She has been building her skill set and knowledge in the fashion and automotive industries and is in the works to use them to diversify women's wear. Representation for women of colour in the automotive community is something that Cynthia is passionate about contributing to, starting with her brand and collection – Attract.
