Raised in Beijing, China, Xier has maintained her Chinese aesthetic after moving to Vancouver, where she immersed in streetwear trends. Her hometown, a city with the perfect fusion of ancient scenery and modern ideologies has shaped her design ethos. Driven by her passion in the legacy of her origin and inspired by the cultural enrichment in esthetics architecture, Xier formed her own style bridging Eastern traditions and Western fashion.
Ginger Collection
Ginger provides accessible streetwear with observable Chinese elements that beautifully expresses and celebrates the heritage through the cross-culture influenced daily wardrobe. Designs strive to establish conversations and community through storytelling and information exchange. Pieces assist the wearer with coordinated layered looks and freedom of outfit collocation. Materials for the collection are sustainably sourced through denim upcycling, with all pieces curated with product lifespan in mind.
